Your new role 
As a Creative Project Manager Intern, you will have responsibilities to:

  • Assist with the end-to-end project process that produces creative strategy and campaigns to enable the access to our Novo Nordisk products.
  • Manage creative briefs, develop various innovative contents, ensuring timely execution and evaluating the impact. 
  • Collaborate closely with market access, commercial, medical, and customer engagement team to align on strategy, value propositions, and implementation. 
  • Internship Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Internship allowances provided
     

Your new department
The Creative Project Manager Intern will be based in our Market Access and Public Affairs (MAPA) department in Jakarta, Indonesia and reporting to Market Access Head. Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of patients. Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and creative individual who meets the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program. Preferably in pharmacy, marketing, design, communication, behavioural science, or strong academic background with project management skills.
  • A proactive, open-minded individual with a collaborative approach and a strong sense of curiosity.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and creative taste, with the ability to guide and elevate content through project processes
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with content and design tools (PowerPoint, Canva and/or Adobe) and basic project tools (Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
