About the Department
Novo Nordisk Indonesia is committed to enhancing medical education and ensuring that healthcare professionals (HCPs) have access to the latest scientific advance-ments. As part of the Clinical Medical Regulatory (CMR) team, you will report to the CMR Director and play a key role in strengthening medical knowledge to improve pa-tient outcomes. Our team is dynamic, collaborative, and focused on delivering impact-ful education programs.

 

The Position
This is a 24 months contract role where you will be responsible for developing, imple-menting, and managing CME programs that provide healthcare professionals (HCPs) with up-to-date medical and scientific information. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a strategic CME plan that aligns with Novo Nordisk’s business objectives, ensuring that educational initiatives address the needs of healthcare professionals and support the company’s mission in diabetes care.
• Collaborate with internal teams and medical experts to design and create rele-vant, high-quality, and evidence-based educational content that enhances the knowledge of HCPs in diabetes and insulin therapy.
• Manage and execute CME programs, including live events, workshops, webi-nars, e-learning modules, and digital educational initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and engagement with the target audience.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical guidelines, including but not limited to IPMG, Business Ethics (TEN, One Code), and accreditation standards for CME programs, while maintaining transparency in all medical ed-ucation activities.
• Engage and build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical associations, institutions, policy makers, payors, and patient organizations, to drive impactful CME initiatives and strengthen Novo Nordisk’s scientific leadership.

 

Qualifications
• University degree in healthcare, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in medical education, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, with expertise in insu-lin and diabetes being an advantage.
• Experience with multichannel engagement and digital tools to enhance medical education, including webinars, e-learning platforms, and omnichannel strate-gies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and external partners effec-tively.
