Your new role
As a Community and Event Intern, you will support the team in designing and delivering impactful events, community activations and campaigns that connect Novo Nordisk with healthcare professionals, patients and partners. It's a hands-on opportunity to combine creativity with operational excellence – and to see your work come to life in real moments that build community and drive engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning, coordination and on-site execution of events, activations and community campaigns
- Assisting in developing creative event concepts, themes and engagement formats that bring the brand to life
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders – including agencies, vendors and venue partners – to ensure smooth delivery
- Managing event logistics, timelines and details with a sharp eye for quality and premium execution standards
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical and Commercial colleagues to ensure consistent and impactful customer experiences
Internship duration: 3 August 2026 – 5 February 2027, based in Jakarta. Internship allowance provided.

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a creative, organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives on bringing ideas to life through events and community engagement. You will bring with you:
- Recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field from a reputable university
- Proven experience in organising and managing events, activations or campaigns – preferably within a campus event service or student organisation
- A balance of operational excellence and creative thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into well-executed experiences
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining premium execution standards
- Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
