Your new role
As an Area Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will drive growth, inspire your team, and make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives and champion innovation across your territory. Other responsibilities are included but not limited to:
- Lead and coach a sales team to meet and exceed territory and individual targets with clear KPIs and regular performance reviews.
- Develop and execute territory plans that prioritize resources and respond to market and competitor insights.
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with Novo Nordisk policies and applicable laws.
- Protect company assets and patient data by enforcing confidentiality and data privacy standards.
- Use strong Diabetes, Metabolic or Cardiovascular knowledge to effectively position and promote the GLP‑1 portfolio.
- Adopt a proactive, solution-focused approach to resolve challenges and drive results.
- Travel frequently across the territory to provide hands-on leadership, support field activities, and engage customers.

Your skills & qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in pharmacy/apothecary or another science background.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Area Manager with proven leadership skills.
- Strong understanding and experience in managing products related to Diabetes, Metabolic, or cardiovascular diseases.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Flexible and adaptable to high mobility within the country.
