Novo Nordisk Research Center Indianapolis, Inc. (NNRCII) is the home of the Transformational Research Unit-Chemical Biology, an elite research team working autonomously yet in union within Novo Nordisk’s global research mission to transform the management of chronic diseases. Enabled by the Novo Nordisk Research & Early Development organization, the mission of the NNRCII is to bring forth projects that will broaden and diversify the Novo Nordisk pipeline of life-changing medicines by cultivating the discovery of disruptive research concepts and accelerating translational validation.  Established in 2016 with a primary focus in peptide-based drugs for metabolic disorders, the scope of our research program has expanded both in modality, now including oligonucleotides and gene therapy; and in therapy area, now including cardiovascular, liver, kidney, and rare endocrine diseases.  Our team has maintained a state-of-the-art, fast paced character that represents an integration of best practices across academic, biotech and pharma environments.  We develop and employ cutting-edge biotechnologies to identify, refine, and select suitable drug candidates that possess novel mechanisms of biological action, supported by collaboration with internationally acclaimed academic centers of excellence and integration within aspects of the global Novo Nordisk Research & Early Development organization. At NNRCII, your skills, dedication and ambition will help us change lives for the better. We will offer you an opportunity to work with extraordinary talent and to continuously develop your career, while addressing serious chronic medical conditions.  Are you ready to make a difference?
