Useful, but not essential:
- Experience driving scientific recruitment and retention activities for clinical research.
- Experience with Real-World Evidence publication strategies.

- Prepare and execute territory medical plans in cross-functional alignment, turning regional medical strategy into local action across your counties.
- Define and implement the publication strategy, including Real-World Evidence publications, and present scientific data at meetings, symposia and conferences.
- Develop and deliver account partnership plans for new channels — including obesity clinics, university hospitals, private clinics and pharmacies — in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide medical training and education to internal stakeholders across sales, marketing and other functions, and respond to medical enquiries from internal and external partners.
- Review medical, educational, patient and promotional materials, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and Novo Nordisk policies.
Who you'll work with
You will join the Medical Affairs team in Romania, reporting to the Field Medical Manager. Your territory covers Cluj, Mureș, Sibiu and Brașov counties, where you will be the medical point of contact for healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and healthcare organisations.
Internally, you will work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, medical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, clinical and education functions. You will also collaborate with regional and international stakeholders, including Strategic Operations and Regional Medical Affairs teams across International Operations.
Externally, your partners will include key opinion leaders, university hospitals, private clinics, pharmacies, academic institutions, national medical societies, patient associations, e-health providers and local authorities. You will bring different perspectives together, creating clarity and helping teams move from scientific insight to meaningful action.
What you can expect here
You will work with a high level of independence and decision-making authority, contributing directly to scientific communication, clinical planning, publication strategy and medical education. The role offers practical opportunities to develop your expertise across therapeutic areas, build your professional network and broaden your skills through cross-functional collaboration.
