About the position 

  • Develop annual and long-term People Strategy and organization development plan and HC plan to realize business strategy
  • Strategic hiring and recruiting: talent searching, recruiting and on boarding
  • Design, Develop and annual review NNHK C&B policy based on NN C&B policy and HongKong industry benchmark,  Reviews competitive practice and pay levels to support NNHK business
  • Foster effective communication between employee and management team and Foster effective Company communication to enhance NNHK image and attractiveness in job market 
  • Responsible for the implementation of leadership development, staffing, diversity, performance management/talent development and review processes
  • Manage NNHK administration and security
  • As an important member of NNHK leadership team, proactive contribute to NNHK strategy development and business operation, ensure the people strategy and organization development plan could well support business strategy
  • Ensure Novonordisk Way and Win Culture be well communicated and implemented in the entire organization 
  • Interacts with external consultants and timely updated HR policy and labor law
  • Responsible for being an active, productive and collaborative member of the NNCP HR team.  Leverage resources across departments, geographies and within HR to efficiently and effectively meet client needs and drive the business

The Requirements  

  • A minimum of 9 years of progressively increasing HR experience with at least 4 years in a HR Generalist role.
  •  Demonstrated strategic ability with a passion for the business.
  • Demonstrated performance in consulting with line managers in matters relating to employee development, performance improvement and general HR related area.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate a vision and engage people in that vision.
  •  
  • Solid, working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal legislation related to employment practices and general HR administration.
  • Strong expertise and sensitivities in recruitment activities
  • Perform multi-tasks under pressure, result oriented and willing to get into details
  • Integrity and maintain confidentiality is a must
