The position

•    Implement innovative approaches to enhance patient activation and diagnosis in the obesity journey.
•    Drive initiatives and support strategic planning for future product launches while refining the overall obesity strategy in line with business ethics, regulatory requirements, and Novo Nordisk policies.
•    Execute integrated marketing campaigns through omnichannel engagement to promote the brand strategy and key messages in obesity management.

•    Position Novo Nordisk as a patient support ecosystem and develop educational initiatives to increase visibility in the obesity market.

•    Proactively engage with KOLs, HCPs, professional organizations, and patient advocacy groups to promote obesity management.
•    Participate in industry events to network and collaborate on strategies, and establish regular feedback channels to gain insights for future initiatives.
•    Lead and collaborate with the cross-functional team to prepare for the product launch, execute obesity strategies aligned with the patient journey.

•    Connect with people within the organization in regional and global level to support the obesity market development locally.
•    Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in obesity management while evaluating the return on investments for new initiatives.
•    Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to prioritize opportunities and develop strategies for business growth aligned with organizational goals.


Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in life science, business administration, marketing or related discipline; Advanced Marketing or Business qualification is desirable.
•    Fluency in both written & spoken English in Chinese.
•    Minimum 7 years' of relevant commercial experience within marketing and sales in pharmaceutical industry, well-versed in local healthcare system will be an advantage.

•    Proven track record in Brand Management and Market / Business Development; Experience within direct to customer (DTC), consumer health, private market, pharmacies or FMCG would be an advantage.
•    Agile mindset to develop new strategies for business grow and to advocate innovative ideas from concept to delivery.
•    Demonstrates winning culture & adaptability to work in a fast-pacing, dynamic working environment and meeting tight deadlines.

•    Exceptional communicational and interpersonal skills are required.
•    Strong networking skills to create win - win solutions with solid negotiation tactics.
