You will be part of the Diabetes Business Unit, located in our Ho Chi Minh City office. Our team is devoted in making a difference in the lives of patients with Diabetes. The atmosphere is fast-paced and dynamic, with a strong focus on collaboration and innovation.
The position
The Product Manager role is responsible overall for maximising the number of people living with Diabetes. The role is expected to develop overall marketing strategies and tactical plans for Premix market, manage product life cycle, and drive execution of marketing strategies. Have good understanding of the Vietnam Diabetes markets, collect and study market intelli-gence, manage industry trends, recommend and implement product strategies, and work closely with key stakeholders to drive marketing penetration strategies. Position’s key ac-countabilities:
Specifications of role expectations are as follows, but is not limited to:
• Marketing strategies: plan and implement marketing strategies and implementation plans to meet the business units’ targets toward number of people living with Diabetes. The role involves planning and implementing marketing strategies to meet business unit targets and crafting comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the unit's over-all objectives.
• Strategy and execution: prepare and implement selected product group strategy and tactical plans in alignment with the Diabetes unit overall objectives, through the development and execution of annual brand plans, in line with overall business plan-ning processes. Key responsibilities include leading brand strategy processes, develop-ing innovative marketing plans for products, and ensuring the effective execution of these plans in collaboration with various departments like Medical, Market Access, Fi-nance, and Field-force. The Product Manager is also tasked with developing omni-channel product campaigns and promotional materials, positioning the product brand, and managing relationships with external agencies and media. The person in this posi-tion is also expected to oversee market research projects that support marketing mes-sage development and campaign testing.
• Product Launches: the role includes preparing launch plans for pipeline products and managing marketing budgets, including promotional budget.
• Training: The Product Manager also plays a significant role in training the field-force on messaging and materials, ensuring compliance with national legislation and local guidelines, and managing the archiving of marketing materials. Regular input to train-ing in messaging and materials for field-force would be required.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing department / Strategy Consulting
• Total 5-10 years of experiences in pharmaceutical industry or related industry like medical devices or healthcare industry
• Experiences at Global pharmaceutical MNC is a plus
