As a Data Warehouse Manager (DDIT), you will be part of the Finance & Operations team, which is in charge of driving finance, procurement, supply chain, and IT strategies and ensuring effective execution at an operational level across the affiliate. Our team is devoted to maintaining a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere, where every member's contribution is valued. 


The position

Data Warehouse Manager (DDIT) will lead for data warehouse/maintenance/Data synchronization. Also enables our frontline teams to engage with customers through digital channels and provides data analytics infrastructure to drive insight driven decision making culture across the organization (this role not include general IT Operations, which is handled by a separate organisational unit). The main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:

  • Data warehouse/maintenance/data synchronization.
  • Digital, data and IT consulting partner.
  • Drive Digital strategy development and implementation across affiliate.
  • Affiliate owner of DDIT project execution across the value chain.
  • Provide digital solutions to improve business processes, aligned with local business needs to ensure user satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder management to ensure efficient project execution. 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, computer or related fields. 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data warehouse/maintenance with at least 2 years in project management or partnering functions with excellent records.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience in the complex stakeholder landscape, bold in strategic focus, customer centric, innovative in a changing environment.
  • Good communication in in both spoken and written English, as well as native-level proficiency in Vietnamese, are essential.
