The position
In this role, you will guide and develop the medical representative team to successfully execute the business plan for the related territory based on the Business unit (BU)/portfolio strategy. The main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:

  • Territory Management & Business Development; Plan and organize activities and projects in a manner which will help achieve or exceed established performance goals. Optimize the productivity of individuals and the team to deliver results. Ensure all activities are in line with company strategy. Ensure the customer database validation. Manage the territory performance relating to product information activities and maintain the educational and product information activities in assigned area. Develop/ maintain networks and healthcare partnerships.
  • People Management; Field coaching for further improve detailing skills, territory management, communication skill, product knowledge. Develop & motivate team ensuring high performance mind set. Supervise the Medical Representatives to ensure adherence to working plan.       
  • Collaboration; Collaborate cross-functional in providing the service to external customers. Participate in and contribute effectively to accompanied working, regional meetings, national conferences, and the company meetings. Liaising with peers including Marketing, Market Access, and CE to maximise performance of company products.  
  • Compliance; Ensure all activities are in compliance with company policies and regulations. Train and supervise the implementation of Code of conduct, company guidelines.                                                                                                                    

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years sales representative background in the pharmaceutical industry with 3-5 years of people management experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication with English proficiency.
