The position
This position reports directly to the Senior Accounting and Tax Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring efficient and effective processes for the company's solid finance operations. The main scope of accountabilities includes, but is not limited to:

  • Oversee and manage the accounting and tax functions to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality completion of month-end and year-end closings.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Timely submission of local tax report and other statistic reports. 
  • Work closely with internal and external auditors during audits and inspections. Ensure compliance with all local and group laws and regulations and prepare for audits.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure the company’s compliance. Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position and minimize tax liabilities. Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, taxation or a related field is required. 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Chief Accountant certificate is required. Professional certification in CPA, CA, ACCA or CTA is not mandatory but will be an added advantage.
  • Work experience as an Accounting or tax manager, preferably in a multinational company or a large corporation with strong knowledge of local tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders, with fluency in Vietnamese and proficient English communication, both written and spoken.
