The position

You will become a critical member of IT & Digitalization team consisting of capable and seasoned professionals and specialists.

 

We are a team dedicated and accountable for the Business IT Strategy and related projects to help support our ambitious expansions plans for our factory and technology domain. We are responsible for driving projects, implementing new technologies and ensure production are running.

 

The position

As our new IT-Project Manager your focus will be:

 

  • Take ownership of the Project Management disciplines on behalf of IT & Digitalization
  • Define the scope for projects.
  • Create plan, manage stakeholders, challenge solutions on behalf of IT & Digitalization.
  • Ensure compliance and quality in all parts of the projects.
  • Involve technology partners (internal & external) and site work package owners.
  • Facilitate workshops and be able to perform process mapping

 

 

Qualifications
You naturally get followership for a project and can communicate at all levels in the organization.

 

To fill this position, we ask you the following:

 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as Project Manager within a relevant field for the position (IT, Digitalization etc.).
  • Be able to communicate and write in Danish is a must!
  • As a person, you are known for being a fast-learner and self-driven. You are motivated for wanting to make a difference.
  • Value teamwork as a vital aspect for success.

 

You should have the capability to engage yourself in both the details of the project and having the high-level view.

You have excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, and you thrive with taking the lead on problem solving when needed.

Finally, you have a good sense of humor and foster a positive work environment.
