The Position 

As our CVP cLEAN Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of Novo Nordisk’s cLEAN Supply System at our site. Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Drive implementation of LEAN projects/initiatives 
  • Coordinate and align LEAN activities at the site through our LEAN partner network 
  • Support management in identifying development needs at team and individual levels, incl. leaders and LEAN partners 
  • Coaching of and direct support to leaders in LEAN leadership, LEAN thinking and application of LEAN tools 
  • Support with strategy deployment and site performance 
  • LEAN communication 
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and fostering collaboration across departments. 

 

Qualifications 

As a person, you are a proactive and strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills. Your ability to coach, inspire and drive continuous improvement makes you a key enabler of operational excellence. You thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating a high degree of analytical skills and business understanding. 

 

To be successful in this role, you should have: 

  • Certification as LEAN Master Black Belt or equivalent 
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience as a LEAN practitioner with proven productivity gains 
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to drive change 
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills to engage diverse stakeholders 
  • Proficiency in English 
  •  The ability to work independently with a high level of initiative 

 

About the department 

You will be part of the Business Support department and have eight close colleagues. Our department is responsible for providing support to business in diverse aspects that include apprentices, training, LEAN, quality compliance, business partnering, finance and administration. 

 

We are part of Needle Manufacturing (NM) in Hjørring which is responsible for the internal production of pen needles as well as quality control of all Novo Nordisk pen needles produced both internal and external. We are organised into seven departments with more than 425 employees dedicated to ensuring the supply of pen needles to Novo Nordisk.
