The position 

As an Advanced Supply Chain Development Professional, you will be a core project member impacting supply chain systems where you will: 

  • Work on complex support assignments requiring independent action and initiative. 
  • Serve as a SAP EWM and SAP4HANA Super User, driving improvements and supporting daily operations. 
  • Ensure SOP updates and process design are conducted according to plan. 
  • Secure GxP compliance and local PQ execution and establish IT-based solutions for smooth warehouse and LOB interfaces. 
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and drive master data improvements. 
  • Support CR and DV cases, perform training, and mentor colleagues. 

Qualifications 

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: 

  • Education within supply chain or IT. 
  • Experience with SAP4HANA/SAP EWM, Power BI, and Excel. 
  • Strong independence, cooperation, and communication skills. 
  • 3/4 years of experience within IT/Supply Chain from a productions’ site. 
  • Advanced level in Danish and English, both written and verbal. 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with LEAN, GXP, and project participation. 
  • Great knowledge of organizational processes and procedures. 
  • Ability to demonstrate solid project knowledge and open, diverse behaviour towards customers and contacts.

NM QC, Planning, Warehouse & Facility at Novo Nordisk in Denmark is a key department responsible for managing quality control, production planning, warehouse operations, and facility management to support efficient pharmaceutical manufacturing. The department is structured into specialized teams, including QC Planning, Warehouse Operations, Facility Management, and Supply Chain Coordination, ensuring smooth material flow, compliance, and operational excellence. With the department  of 60 dedicated professionals and the team of 15 members; we focus on test flow prioritization, material storage, infrastructure maintenance, and more, all while maintaining Novo Nordisk’s high standards of quality and efficiency.
