Student Assistant - Digitalization

Your new role
As a Student Assistant in Digitalization, you will support daily activities, documentation, project coordination and practical tasks related to IT systems and digital ways of working. Working closely with IT System Managers and colleagues in Process Excellence & Digitalization and Drug Delivery Innovation (DDI), you will gain hands-on experience with IT operations, digital tools, data analysis, automation and cross-functional collaboration in a pharmaceutical development environment.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain application catalogues, system information, renewal overviews and IT landscape mapping materials
- Support documentation activities, including user guides, quick reference cards, FAQs, process descriptions and audit-readiness material
- Support user administration follow-up, including preparing user access review material, maintaining user lists, collecting input and tracking role assignments
- Monitor and follow up on tickets, incident and action logs, open ServiceNow items and operational status reporting
- Support testing activities by executing predefined test scripts, documenting test evidence, logging defects and coordinating user testing sessions
- Assist with data collection, analysis and visualization using tools such as Excel, Power Query and Power BI, and support simple automation and improvement activities using Power Automate, Python, SQL or similar tools where relevant
- Assist with meeting preparation, minutes, action tracking, presentations, SharePoint and Teams content and other practical project support

The Digitalization team supports Drug Delivery Innovation in AI and digital initiatives. Our goal is to achieve data and AI-driven operational excellence by advancing strategic digital transformation priorities. You will collaborate with colleagues in Process Excellence & Digitalization, DDI, Global IT and other relevant internal stakeholders.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a service-minded student with technical flair, a structured way of working and an interest in applying digital solutions in a real operational setting.
To be successful in this role, you probably have:
- Enrolment at university level, preferably within IT, engineering, data science, digitalization, business analytics or a related field
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
- Interest in data analysis and visualization, for example Power BI, Excel or Power Query
- Basic programming or automation skills such as Python, C++, Matlab, Power Query/M, SQL, R or Power Automate are an advantage
- Technical curiosity, a digital mindset and the ability to learn new applications and IT systems quickly
- Good written and verbal English skills
On a personal level, you demonstrate a positive can-do approach and work in a solution-oriented way. You are proactive, flexible and service-minded, comfortable balancing time, quality and changing priorities. You collaborate well with different stakeholders, meet deadlines or challenge them proactively, and keep perspective in busy periods.

What we offer
This position is hourly paid. For this position, the hourly base rate is 209,27 DKK, based on an assessment of relevant factors such as experience, educational background, demonstrated competencies, and the specific skills required for the position. In addition to the hourly base rate, Student Assistants are entitled to a pension scheme (currently 10% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution).
