Join us as a Wash & Sterilization Professional and play a key role in supporting aseptic production at our Hillerød site. This is a unique opportunity to combine compliance, optimisation and collaboration in a highly skilled team.
Your new role
As a Wash & Sterilization Professional, you will play a central role in ensuring compliant, efficient and robust wash and sterilisation processes that support aseptic production. You will work independently with a high degree of responsibility, while collaborating closely across functions.
This is a fixed‑term position for 24 months, with expected start as soon as possible.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily production and operators within Wash & Sterilisation
- Revalidation and monitoring of wash and sterilisation processes
- Handling deviations, change requests and updating SOPs
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and GMP requirements
- Contributing to continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives

Your new department
You will join Drug Product Manufacturing, Operations & Support within Aseptic Manufacturing in Hillerød. The department covers Formulation, Environment and Wash & Sterilisation and is responsible for delivering washed and sterilised components, tanks and equipment to the site.
In Wash & Sterilisation, you will become part of an engaged and collaborative department consisting of operators, supporters and specialists. The support team includes colleagues from diverse educational backgrounds, such as engineering, pharmacy and chemistry, and works closely across functions to ensure stable and compliant operations. Team spirit and collaboration are highly valued in a busy production environment.
Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect that you:
- Hold an academic degree in a natural science discipline (e.g. chemical engineering, dairy engineering, pharmacy, biology, veterinary science or similar)
- Have experience with aseptic production processes; experience with wash and sterilisation or validation is an advantage
- Communicate clearly and confidently in both Danish and English
- Are structured, accountable and motivated by working with deadlines
- Show curiosity, initiative and the courage to challenge existing practices and drive improvements
You enjoy collaborating across disciplines and can create overview and progress in a complex production setting.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600 DKK to 734,400 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
