The position
You will be part of team of 13 highly skilled engineers and technicians which covers three competence areas Vision, Automation and Mechanical solutions. The team supports our global production network, handles technical improvements, upgrades and expansion of production capacity.

 

Your tasks will among others be to: 

  • Use data-driven and systematic problem solving with a LEAN mindset to solve production issues.
  • Identify and drive improvement projects within vision systems.
  • Collaborate across many functional areas and with people from different backgrounds.
  • Capture knowledge and learnings, as well as playing a role in sharing across production sites.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role you:

  • Have an academic degree with a background in vision systems and/or image recognition.
  • Preferably, you have 3-5+ years of experience, but we are open for junior engineers applying too.
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English, basic understanding of Danish is preferred.

 

Furthermore, knowledge/experience with:

  • Working in a production environment is an advantage. 
  • Cognex vision systems, software, setup, error detection, data analysis and optimization are an advantage.
  • Working in a GMP environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.

 

As a person, you are team oriented and good in establishing relations with people at all levels as well as communicating constructively. You have a flexible, structured, data driven and proactive approach with a “finisher” mindset which is an advantage when working in a dynamic production environment. Finally, we are an international environment, but basic understanding of Danish is preferred, as most colleagues in the production uses the languages in daily communication. 

 

About the department
Device Manufacturing & Sourcing (DMS) in Hillerød is looking to expand our team with an engineer to execute optimisation projects and help develop the advanced high- volume automated lines producing our newest injection devices. 


You will join the Global Technical Support team in Pre-assembly Production based in Hillerød, Denmark. The team supports the global network of production equipment for assembling of the mechanical unit in Novo Nordisk’s newest prefilled pen FlexTouch® and FlexPro®. The global Pre-assembly production network consists of sites located in Denmark, China, The Czech Republic and USA, and deliver large quantities of pre-assembled units to our sister factories in Injectable Finished products and Biotech & Rare diseases. As a department we share a relaxed tone and tall ambitions, and we are proud to never compromise on quality or safety.
