The position 

You will be part of a team that works to implement and validate all efforts and investments that are currently being deployed to increase the capacity within our facility. We have a natural desire to always look for smarter ways of doing things and are always working to contribute to Novo Nordisk’s growth and bid to provide care for more patients.  

 

Your daily tasks and responsibilities will be to: 

  • Lead and participate in validation projects as supporter/responsible  

  • Work collaboratively across functions with Quality Assurance, Line of Business and vendors to plan, coordinate and execute validation activities 

  • Perform Science and Risk-based validation of infrastructure within our facilities  

  • Participate in Progress Groups across areas in Novo Nordisk to ensure we always apply best practice in our processes 

  • Facilitate verification and validation activities including test execution, documentation review and approval 

  • Seeking new ways of working by simplifying and improving the processes 

  

Qualifications 

We expect you to have:  

  • A relevant academic background and relevant experience with GMP and validation of equipment. Seeing that we are looking for junior profiles also, experience within validation is a plus not a requirement.  

  • Experience or interest within pharmaceutical Quality Management, GxP systems, validation and wish to grow in your profession.  

  • Knowledge of the guidelines provided by the global regulatory agencies and authority agencies such as FDA  

  • Solid project management skills 

  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English

About the department 

As part of Novo Nordisk PSQIT organisation, CSD (Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing and Devices) Sourcing Operations makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We service all Novo Nordisk production sites, both API-and Filling-sites, thus we feel the current growth on Novo Nordisk on a daily bases and priorities change accordingly. Therefore a “can do” mind-set is key to succeed in this position.
