The position
As our new training coordinator, you will be a key player in ensuring our employees are always trained to the highest of standards through your service-minded approach and excellent communication skills.
Your main tasks will be:
- Manage inquiries from Line of Business on various platforms to ensure fast and efficient support on our training services
- Serve as the Local Job Function Coordinator (JFC) to organise training assignments for job functions at all organisational levels
- Drive standardisation and continuous improvements in our training setup
- Support new projects regarding optimal training setup in our systems
- Continuously review training news and changes and update our processes accordingly
In this role you will be very visible in the organisation offering your support to a great variety of stakeholders across different levels.
Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or from a regulated industry is preferred
- Strong business understanding within training processes, systems, and tools
- Strong communication skills and experience from communicating to different stakeholders in various formats: in writing and presenting to individuals or groups
- Flair for IT. Ability to quickly pick up new tools and optimise our processes within digital possibilities
- Fluency in English, both oral and written. Knowledge of Danish is considered an advantage

You are innovative, systematic, data driven, service and team oriented. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to work efficiently with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. To excel in this position, you must be adaptable and energized by working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and topics simultaneously. Finally, you are pragmatic and curious with the ability to make independent decisions whenever it is needed.
About the department
Finished Product Manufacturing Science & Technology (FPMSAT) is located in Hillerød and it’s what binds R&D and large scale manufacturing together. FPMSAT is where the lines for assembling and packaging our products are design and distributed. The Business Support Training unit helps all FPMSAT reach their training-related goals weather that be timely training, onboarding or upskilling. You will become part of a diverse team containing both Training, cLEAN and Digitalisation and 13 skilled people all together. The training unit consists of two Training Partners, a Training project Manager and two Training Coordinators who you will be working closely together with.
