Can you drive change and challenge the status quo while using your project management skills? Do you have solid technical knowhow to be able to operate and maintain a warehouse plant? The position

You will become a part of the Facility and Compliance team. Your role will be to ensure a smooth operation, ensure compliance when it comes to different legislations and authorities, maintenance of black utility and digital improvement of HVAC, the ammonia and CO2 facility and much more. Your primary goal is to ensure quality and safety for the patients whose lives rely on our products. 

 

Our journey towards digitalization is solid, but we need your help to become more effective. We are looking into 4.0 and data-based maintenance and we want you to drive this change. You will be responsible for optimizing projects and the implementation of digital and automated solutions. Therefore, you process excellent project management skills combined with a business understanding that enables you to evaluate the pros and cons of new investments, overseeing funding and costs as well as time management. 

 

Qualifications

You hold a degree in Engineering, Technology Management or similar. First and foremost, we are looking for a perfect combination of a curious, innovative, and digitally-oriented mindset combined with a strong technical toolbox. You are passionate about ensuring smooth and optimal operations within Sourcing Warehousing and value the balance between technical maintenance and improvement. 

 

Furthermore, to succeed in this role you:

 

  • have experience in running operations within facility and utility
  • have experience with project management and stakeholder management
  • have experience in implementing digital solutions and are passionate about digitalisation and innovation
  • speak and write English and Danish fluently
  • are comfortable working in Excel 

 

It will be considered an advantage if you have GMP experience or have worked in a pharmaceutical company. 

 

About the department

Sourcing Warehousing covers two storage units containing raw materials, bulk, and API. The department is responsible for sampling and dispatching goods from our facilities in Hillerød and Kalundborg. The department consists of 95 employees, and the team Facility and Compliance focus on ensuring smooth operations and high quality in the storage units as well as GMP compliance. You will be working from our facility in Hillerød.
