The Position
As a Technical Project Engineer, you will be part of a team of highly skilled engineers that support R&D and our global production network. We handle improvements, and upgrades, of production equipment for high volume manufacturing.
This role offers a great opportunity to collaborate across many functional areas and with people from different backgrounds.
The main tasks will be to:
• Drive and coordinate test activities and GMP documents, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations.
• New Product Introduction - take part in developing new components and devices within the vision systems and device printing domain.
• Product Maintenance - continuously optimise the product and manufacturing processes for device printing and decoration.
• Production Support – for NN production sites, and for component and equipment suppliers.
• Technology Development – set direction and drive new technologies.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A min. bachelor’s degree in mechanical, production engineering or similar technical degree.
• Proven project/stakeholder coordination experience and a good understanding of GMP.
• Experience in design drawings, and/or production of components preferable from the medical industry
• Experience with production or operational environments, industrial equipment solutions, vision systems, printing on devices and commissioning of custom build manufacturing lines is crucial in this role.
• Full professional proficiency in English, while having proficiency in Danish is a plus.
As a person, you are diplomatic, have great communication skills, find joy in proactive and have a flexible mindset. Having strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills is crucial in this role.
Being a team player who can work independently, make decision based on facts, and enjoy knowledge sharing is key to succeed.

About the Department
You will be joining the FPMSAT Component Manufacturing Solutions department with dedicated colleagues within plastic processing, tooling, metal & electronic components and automation in Finished Product Manufacturing Science & Technology in Hillerød.
We develop the equipment and processes that transform new Medical Device designs into actual products for our patients, bridging the gap between the development departments and the Injection Moulding production sites.
