Your new role

 

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of IT, laboratory operations, and compliance. You'll support the systems and processes that laboratories rely on every day while contributing to projects that improve efficiency, collaboration, and ways of working.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting compliance and documentation activities related to computerised laboratory systems
  • Contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the team
  • Maintaining and enhancing internal websites and SharePoint solutions
  • Supporting communication and information management activities
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve ways of working
  • Taking ownership of a smaller project and driving it from idea to implementation

From day one, you'll contribute to meaningful work, collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, and develop valuable experience across IT, compliance, and project management.

 

 

Your new department

 

You'll join the Computerised Laboratory Systems team, where we deliver, qualify, support, and continuously improve the digital solutions used across our laboratories. Our work enables laboratory teams to operate efficiently, securely, and in compliance with applicable requirements.

Working closely with experienced colleagues, you'll gain exposure to the intersection of IT, laboratory operations, and compliance. You'll contribute to a variety of initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation and learning how technology supports critical business processes every day.

 

 

Your skills and qualifications

 

We're looking for a curious and motivated student who enjoys learning, solving problems, and working with both people and technology. You don't need prior professional experience, but you should be excited about digital solutions and eager to make a meaningful contribution while developing new skills.

 

You may be studying IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. We would be particularly interested in candidates who:

  • Are structured, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of their work
  • Enjoy solving practical challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Have an interest in digital solutions, IT systems, and process improvement
  • Are interested in SharePoint or other collaboration and information management tools
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Bring curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn and grow

Salary and Benefits: This position is hourly paid. For this position, the hourly base rate is 178,71 DKK, based on an assessment of relevant factors such as experience, educational background, demonstrated competencies, and the specific skills required for the position. In addition to the hourly base rate, Student Assistants are entitled to a pension scheme (currently 10% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution). ​
