FPMSAT Packaging Engineering is looking for a student assistant to support us with various projects. Your new role

As a Student Assistant, you will support communication, project management, and innovation activities across the department. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging communication materials and maintaining SharePoint sites. You will also support the planning and execution of events, workshops, meetings, and training activities, while helping maintain the department’s innovation portfolio and coordinating project management tasks across key initiatives.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Preparing engaging communication materials and visual content
  • Developing and maintaining the department’s SharePoint sites.
  • Exploring and implementing new technologies and digital tools to enhance communication, collaboration, and ways of working across the department.
  • Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of internal events, workshops, meetings, and training activities.
  • Maintaining the department’s innovation portfolio and supporting project management activities

 

You will work closely with engineers, project managers, HR and team leaders.

 

Your new department

You will join FPMSAT Packaging Engineering, part of Novo Nordisk’s manufacturing and supply organisation. The department supports packaging engineering activities in a highly regulated environment, where quality, compliance and operational excellence are key. The role is based in Greater Copenhagen, Denmark, with presence in Bagsværd and Hillerød, and offers a unique opportunity to work close to both engineering practice and digital transformation initiatives.

 

Your skills and qualifications

You are currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s programme and have a strong interest in how AI and digital tools can improve business processes.

 

We expect that you:

  • Are enrolled in a relevant university programme with at least 1.5 years of study remaining.
  • Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Have solid project management skills, including planning, coordination, follow-up, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Can translate complex information into clear and engaging presentations, reports, and communication materials.
  • Communicate clearly in written and spoken English, build strong relationships, and work independently with attention to detail.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office 365; experience with Copilot and other AI tools is a plus.

Salary and Benefits: 

This position is hourly paid. For this position, the hourly base rate is 209,27 DKK based on an assessment of relevant factors such as experience, educational background, demonstrated competencies, and the specific skills required for the position. In addition to the hourly base rate, Student Assistants are entitled to a pension scheme (currently 10% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution).
