The Position
As a Strategy Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various tasks within Aseptic Manufacturing, spanning across multiple sites and engaging with over 4500 employees. This position offers a unique challenge, as it places you at the heart of our operations in the Aseptic Manufacturing production facility in Hillerød, where our casual attire, informal culture, and commitment to simplifying complexity define our approach to work.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Impactful Processes: Streamline and optimize processes such as Business Review, Performance KPI's, and Annual wheel activities to keep our operations at their best.
  • Lead and Support Leadership Events: Be at the forefront of executing and facilitating leadership events that inspire and guide our teams towards excellence.
  • Deliver Strategic Insights: Conduct thorough business case analyses and strategic initiatives, delivering high-quality material to support senior leadership.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement: Drive key analytical initiatives and recommendations across production sites, focusing on cost, risk, scope, and change management.
  • Create Compelling Material: Prepare high-quality decision- and communication material based on insights gathered across projects and key stakeholders.
  • Strengthen Processes: Initiate efforts to strengthen strategic processes and project reporting, ensuring our operations are aligned with our strategic goals.

 

Qualifications 

  • Hold a relevant master’s degree.
  • Have at least 5 years of professional experience in strategy, management consulting, manufacturing, or a similar function.
  • Be a PowerPoint wizard with strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a holistic problem-solving approach.
  • Possess strong business acumen, excellent communication, stakeholder management, change management, project management, and informal leadership skills.
  • Approach tasks with a positive proactive attitude, great collaborative energy, consider multiple perspectives, and deliver high-quality results independently.
  • Enjoy working in cross-functional teams and with international stakeholders.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Danish.

 

About the department

You will be part of a small dynamic team primarily working with strategy execution, internal and external communication, branding, and talent attraction. You will refer to the manager of Strategy and Communication and the team is a part of Business Support at Aseptic Manufacturing Site Hillerød. However, you will have a broad collaboration with many stakeholders across Aseptic Manufacturing in Hillerød and with other strategy partners across the four Danish Aseptic Manufacturing sites.
