The position

As Sourcing Professional, you are offered an interesting position in our Corporate Procurement organization, being assigned to our Product Supply team (CP PS team). Within our CP PS team you will be supporting our expansion projects and therefore you will be fully integrated in the Project procurement team and will be responsible for a wide variety of procurement related activities. You will be working hand-in-hand with Category Managers and Technical teams ensuring a correct sourcing process is executed contributing for the successful of the overall Project. 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing processes (placing orders and managing invoice flow – review and approve invoices) and follow up on orders to ensure material/service availability according to demand
  • Execute and contribute to the project procurement plan (e.g. Analyse, identify and quantify potential supply constraints, make clear prioritisations and coordinate actions needed to avoid/reduce the impact).
  • Coordination of sourcing and purchasing activities such as generating, managing, reconciling forecasts and schedules across to optimise for bundling of orders and ensuring bottle necks are mitigated.
  • Managing end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities and related actions.
  • Ensure compliance to the procurement guidelines and procedures.

 

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate, you have a good understanding of purchasing processes and related tools and in addition to that, you:

 

  • Possess a master’s degree in, e.g. Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, Economics, Law, Supply Chain Management or similar with excellent results complemented with 3 years of relevant experience working with, e.g., procurement project management, sourcing, category management, supply chain, or business development.
  • Alternatively, you can possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent complemented with 5 years of relevant experience working with, e.g., procurement project management, sourcing, category management, supply chain, or business development.
  • Have some experience in sourcing processes in CAPEX projects.
  • Speak English fluently, Danish will be an advantage.
  • Are a skilled Microsoft Office user and knowledge in Coupa or SAP is a plus.

 

On a personal level, the ideal candidate possesses robust administrative skills and excels in planning and coordinating tasks. You exhibit a proactive approach and maintain a solution-oriented mindset when addressing challenges. Additionally, you are outgoing and detail-oriented, with an appreciation for the repetitive tasks inherent in the role.
