Do you want to help solve some of our most critical operational challenges and bring LEAN to life on the shop floor? We are looking for an experienced LEAN Partner with 10+ years of experience to join Drug Product Manufacturing (DPM) in Hillerød. In this role, you will drive improvements on the shop floor, coach leaders, and ensure that improvements translate into sustainable behavior and measurable impact.
Your new role
As a Senior cLEAN Partner in Drug Product Manufacturing in Hillerød, your primary responsibility will be to partner with one of our production areas, helping to solve key challenges while strengthening the LEAN culture.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Driving structured problem solving and improvement initiatives from idea to realized impact – supported by data, stakeholder engagement and strong anchoring of solutions in line of business
- Coaching and sparring with leaders and key stakeholders on the shopfloor to embed LEAN behaviors in everyday operations
- Implementing and support the continuous improvement of our LEAN systems (e.g., Standard Work, Process Confirmation, Performance Management)
You will succeed in this role by understanding operations in depth, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving execution in a GMP-regulated production environment – while navigating a complex stakeholder landscape with clarity and respect.
A significant part of your time will be spent on the shop floor alongside leaders and employees to develop standards, LEAN behaviors, and cross-functional collaboration – both independently and in close collaboration with other LEAN Partners.

Your skills and qualifications
You hold a relevant academic background (e.g., engineering, production, chemistry, economics, or similar) and bring 10+ years of hands-on experience driving improvements in a production environment.
- You hold a relevant academic background (e.g., engineering, production, chemistry, economics, or similar)
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with LEAN/Operational Excellence in a production environment, working closely with operations and line management, driving improvements
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements using tools such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and KATA, leading to measurable gains in areas such as OEE, deviations, lead time, or scrap
- Strong foundation in LEAN systems and tools (e.g., Standard Work, A3, VSM, Performance Management, Process Confirmation) and the ability to apply them effectively across different contexts
- Demonstrated experience in developing people through training, coaching, and feedback, leading to sustained behavioral change
- Experience with project management from idea through mobilization and execution to sustainment
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, as the team and part of the leadership group are international.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000 DKK to 956,900, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
