Your new role
As a Senior Utility Professional, you will be part of our industrial utilities team, ensuring the smooth operation of our factory. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting and supporting daily operations
  • Maintaining and updating qualification documentation
  • Qualifying existing and new equipment
  • Optimising equipment and processes
  • Developing and improving operational strategies

 

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the site and maintain a strong network within AMDK and Corporate Facility. This role offers excellent opportunities to expand your knowledge of production processes and to proactively identify and implement improvements.

 

Your new department
Facility is part of Production Support at AM Hillerød, home to our Factory of the Future. You will join a team of 15 dedicated colleagues, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvements across the site. We work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners—and we truly lift as a team.

 

Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in civil or mechanical engineering, or another relevant technical background
  • Experience with HVAC and BMS systems or similar production processes (an advantage, not a requirement)
  • Solid experience collaborating with stakeholders at various levels
  • At least a couple of years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar position
  • A good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and documentation requirements.
  • Experience managing projects independently, ideally within utility management
  • An analytical approach, open mindset, and ability to work independently
  • Fluency in both English and Danish
