The position 

As a Senior for Manager Production Support, you will play a key role in managing and develop the organization for the following areas: clean utilities, environmental monitoring, facility and tank farm. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Define roles and responsibilities within own area, define capacity in the area and build the organization 

  • Establish guidelines and work with key stakeholders within the greenfield project and line of business.   

  • Coordinating activities, to ensure cost, delivery, and quality targets are met.

  • Implementing shopfloor processes, boards, process improvements and ensure proper training activities prior operations.  

  • Advising on scope changes, quality assurance, and other technical aspects of the projects. 

  • Additionally, you will be responsible for setting the right team with the right competencies within the utilities and facilities processes on a corporate level, including hiring or appointing process roles to support the process and from all impacted areas operating the process. 
      

Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following qualifications and experience to the role: 

- A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. 
- Proven experience in management within a manufacturing environment. 
- Strong skills in planning, organising, and controlling resources to achieve project objectives. 
- Foundational knowledge of clean utilities, environmental monitoring, and tank farm operations. 
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to build and guide teams effectively. 

- Experience in implementing cLEAN culture or similar continuous improvement methodologies. 
- Familiarity with shopfloor operations and building organisational capabilities. 
- A track record of successfully transferring projects from expansion phases to operational readiness.

 

About the department

Located within the 25L project organisation, our department is dedicated to implementing PS strategies and anchoring them within the team. Our department is committed to living and leading by the essentials in NN WAY behaviors. We ensure that PS strategies are implemented and anchored in our department and the 25L project organization. The department will consist of Calibration, maintenance and permit office. We practice change management and cLEAN leadership tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Our team is responsible for setting and sharing goals, ensuring the right competences and training plans, and maintaining clear communication and collaboration. We manage the investment and cost budget within our department, striving for excellence in all processes.
