Our Intralogistics, Weigh & Dispense (IWD) area is a central part of the facility responsible for all internal logistics, sourcing, scheduling & planning as well as raw material handling in a highly automated grade D environment never seen in API manufacturing before.

The position  
As a Senior Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will: 
•    Manage teams consisting of appx. 40 employees in total 
•    Define roles and responsibilities for the future organization 
•    Lead the transformation for the project phase into operations 
•    Coordinate and administer a range of diverse administrative or staff functions  

•    Being a part of the management group for the entire facility 

•    Lead key projects across the organization and ensure alignment through stakeholder management 
•    Design or modify business processes and solutions to achieve operational excellence 

  

Qualifications  
To be successful in this role, you should have: 
 •    Extensive managerial experience (10+ years) as a manager  

  • Proven experience in a production facility setup.    

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in change management. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 

  • A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. 

  • Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
