The Position
As a Senior Engineer, you will be at the forefront of technological advancements, designing and optimizing innovative transport solutions that ensure our life-changing products reach patients around the world safely and efficiently. · Innovative Design: Utilize advanced design programs such as Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks to create cutting-edge design drawings and plans for transport units.
· Efficiency Optimization: Maximize design efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
· Advanced Simulation: Conduct computational simulations to validate the integ-rity and functionality of your designs.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project stakeholders to under-stand requirements, manage expectations, and drive seamless project execution.
· Project Management: Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultane-ously, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
· Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
· Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with logistics, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs teams to integrate your design solutions effectively.
· LEAN Methodologies: Apply LEAN principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline the development process.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:
· Master's degree in Engineering, Design, Logistics, or a related field.
· Proficiency in design software such as Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent programs.
· Extensive knowledge and experience in injection molding, thermoform molding, and the use of wooden and plastic pallets.
· Systematic and structured approach with a deep understanding of LEAN methodologies.
· Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
· Proven experience in project management, with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
