Then you could be our new Security Responsible in GL&D Warehouse Support, where you will help ensure the right security setup across our area and contribute to keeping Novo Nordisk inspection-ready, compliant and resilient. The role is based out of Hillerød, with collaboration across GL&D and key stakeholder locations.
Your new role:
As Security Responsible, you will take ownership of the security setup in GL&D Warehouse Support and play a key role in ensuring a sufficient and compliant security framework. You will act as Security Champion and serve as an important link between the local area, Global Security, authorities and relevant internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will combine hands-on operational responsibility with strategic stakeholder collaboration, and you will work closely together with operators and team leads. You will be responsible for presenting and defending the security and Known Consignor setup during authority inspections, including ensuring that the site is always ready for inspection.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as Global Security’s primary point of contact for the area and keeping them informed of major developments, projects, incidents and crises.
- Driving and supporting security awareness activities, including motivating employees to strengthen their security mindset.
- Ensuring Known Consignor requirements are met, including safety plan updates, training, training material maintenance, quarterly self-checks and reporting of significant breaches.
- Acting as advisor to the management group on security matters.
- Supporting crisis management, event security and local security planning, including annual threat assessment and site security reviews when needed.
- Administering access processes through EBAR and/or PACS, including granting and removing access for internal and external employees and maintaining an overview of access and guest cards.
You will work with a high degree of independence while collaborating closely across GL&D to define the right approach and level of security activities.
Your new department
You will join GL&D Warehouse Support, an area where security, compliance and operational readiness are essential to supporting reliable warehouse operations. The position collaborates closely with Facility Management, Security, SCHi, team members and project stakeholders. To succeed, you will need to build strong relationships, work professionally with key stakeholders and maintain a reputation for delivering results and fulfilling expectations.
Your skills and qualifications:
We are looking for a structured and collaborative security professional who can navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, communicate clearly and set direction when needed. You are comfortable taking responsibility, advising others and ensuring that processes are followed in a compliant and practical way.
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have:
- A bachelor’s degree, for example within disaster and risk management.
- Experience with physical security.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to act clearly and assertively.
- A high level of flexibility and the ability to set direction in a complex environment.
- The ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally and internationally, together with fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
You bring a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in protecting people, property and operations. You know how to balance governance with practical execution and you are motivated by being a trusted point of contact in an area where readiness, precision and collaboration matter.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK651,000 to DKK956,900 corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
