The position
As a SAP Implementation & Support Professional at Novo Nordisk your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement testing strategies to ensure SAP ERP and integrated systems meet required specifications. You will assist in the implementation of SAP modules related to production, quality, and logistics, especially Master Data.

 

Furthermore, your primary work tasks will be:

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations, while troubleshooting and resolving any SAP related issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with end-users to understand their needs and ensure the SAP system meets their requirements
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities within the SAP environment and interfaces
  • Customize and configure SAP modules to enhance functionality and user experience
  • Develop detailed documentation on SAP processes and guidelines
  • Create user manuals and training materials to assist users in navigating new and existing SAP features and conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding and efficient use of the SAP system.

 

We expect you to collaborate with various departments including IT, production, quality, and logistics to ensure the SAP system aligns with overall business objectives. You will also participate in project meetings and provide updates on SAP-related tasks and timelines and assist in managing project deliverables and timelines, ensuring milestones are met on schedule

 

Qualifications
We realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes then you could be the person we are looking for:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in SAP implementation and support
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules related to production, quality, and logistics
  • Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules, specifically in S4HANA and SAP PP, QM, and interface
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite.

 

As a person, you have strong communication and training skills and you have the ability to collaborate with various departments and manage project deliverables. Furthermore, you have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze business processes and workflows.

 

About the department
Our team is working to expand the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) capacity of our Biotech production in Hillerød. You will become a part of one of the most significant expansion projects in Novo Nordisk – and when finished the facility will employ approximately 340 colleagues. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our capacity for our portfolio of clinical late phase products to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases.
