Ramp-up Coordinator and Planner

Then this may be just the right opportunity for you! We are looking for a ramp-up coordinator and planner to help us succeed in ramping-up our new filling facility – APX.


About the department

You will be part of Diabetes Finished Products (DFP). More specifically, you will be part of APX (Aseptic Production Expansion) – a state of the art filling facility which is just approved for production. We have been underway in an exciting project phase and are now in the midst of ramp-up. APX is comprised of 2 departments comprising around 190 dedicated colleagues, working in a highly dynamic environment in one of the most technologically advanced production sites in the industry.


The position

In this position, you will report directly to the PVP of APX, and be responsible for supporting APX management with strategic short- and long term planning of all strategic activities in our production for ensuring that we have a solid strategy in place for ramp-up of the factory. You will be driving the strategy forward through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as ensuring timely and accurate reporting and communication to support this.

Due to the temporary nature of the project, this position is a 24 months temporary contract.


You hold an academic degree in engineering, business, supply chain management or another relevant field. Working experience within logistics, production or project management is an advantage but not a prerequisite. You must be professionally proficient in written and oral English.


Most importantly, you are known for being a strong communicator with the ability to adapt your communication to stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. You are both skilled and passionate about complex coordination and planning and working with process optimisation and improvement comes naturally to you.
