Quality Professional in Aseptic Production (12-month parental cover)

The Position
In the QA professional role, you will have broad contact with production in setting quality directions.  This demands strong interpersonal skills and solution-oriented approach when collaborating with colleagues both in the production and QA through open and honest dialogue.
Your responsibility will include:

• Approval of documents (e.g. batch documentation, trend reports, deviations, change requests, validation documents, SOP updates).
• Performing QA Presence in production.
• Engaging in Go-look-see in connection with problem solving.
• Participation in smaller and larger projects.
• Act as a partner for production when there are questions about quality and compliance.

Once onboarded, you will receive training to quickly become part of the daily tasks and contribute to setting quality directions.

Qualifications
We are looking for a dedicated colleague with strong collaborations skills capable of working independently and within teams.
To thrive and succeed in this role, you should have:

• A master’s degree in pharmacy, engineering, biology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills, Fluent in Danish and English – oral and written.
• It will be an advantage (but not a requirement) with experience from the pharmaceutical industry.

On a personal level, you showcase an open and honest personality. You are able to engage in building relations to collaborate across departments, also through your positive attitude.

About the Department
At AM QA Hillerød AP we are responsible for quality assurance of the Aseptic Production in Hillerød. The department consists of over 50 dedicated and engaged employees. The team is one of four teams in the department responsible as QA for the aseptic production. There is a strong collaboration between the teams, ensuring flexibility and development of competencies.
