Quality Partner

Category:  Supply Chain
Location:

Hillerød, Capital Region of Denmark, DK

As a Quality Partner, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and operations, ensuring compliance with global GxP regulations and driving quality excellence across warehouse and sampling processes. You will play a central role in setting direction, leading improvement initiatives, and ensuring that the organisation is always inspection-ready in a complex and highly regulated environment.

Your new role

In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying compliance challenges and implementing innovative, future-proof solutions that enhance operational reliability and reduce risk. You will collaborate across functions and organisational levels to ensure strong quality performance and continuous improvement in all warehouse activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting the strategic quality direction for warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with GMP requirements and future expansion projects
  • Driving and leading quality improvement initiatives, addressing gaps and risks identified in current processes
  • Ensuring inspection readiness by preparing for, participating in, and following up on audits and inspections
  • Acting as a key advisor to stakeholders and management on compliance matters, translating requirements into operational actions
  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional quality activities, including SOP reviews and corporate quality signals

Your new department

You will join GL&D Warehouse Support in Hillerød, a central function responsible for ensuring high-quality and compliant warehouse operations across multiple locations. The department plays a critical role in supporting distribution and logistics activities, ensuring that products meet stringent quality requirements throughout the supply chain.

Collaboration is key in this environment, as you will work closely with stakeholders across operations, quality assurance, and management. The team is dedicated to maintaining strong quality standards while supporting innovation, operational excellence, and future expansion initiatives.

Your skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you bring both strong technical expertise and the ability to influence across a complex stakeholder landscape. We imagine you to have:

  • An MSc, Pharmacy degree, or similar relevant university degree
  • Minimum 5+ years experience within GxP-regulated environments, preferably related to warehousing, distribution, or validation
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels
  • A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving, with a strong quality mindset
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken

In addition, it is an advantage if you have experience with audits, inspections, and cross-functional project work. You thrive in a role where you set direction, create clarity in complexity, and drive meaningful results through collaboration and engagement.
