The position 

As a Quality Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will join a dedicated team of 15 professionals focused on GMP support and related functions. Together, you will ensure that all processes adhere to the highest regulatory standards. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Overseeing compliance across the entire warehouse, ensuring strict adherence to global regulations. 

  • Leading both operational and strategic quality improvement projects within the department. 

  • Preparing the warehouse for audits, enhancing overall inspection readiness. 

  • Identify and address quality risks and eliminate potential warehouse compliance issues. 

  • Driving all quality-related activities within the department, with a focus on maintaining high GMP standards. 

Please note that primary area of work is in Hillerød and to a lesser degree in Kalundborg, both locations situated in Denmark. Business trips might occasionally occur.  

 

Qualifications 

To succeed in this role, you have: 

  • An academic background, combined with several years of crucial GMP experience, alongside a solid understanding of GxP operations.  

  • Extensive routine in handling deviations and change requests. 

  • Visionary mindset to contribute decisively to simplification of warehouse processes without compromising quality in any way. 

  • Solid ability to work constructively with a variety of stakeholders from frontline personnel to warehouse management. Experience with guiding and supporting employees of all categories for inspections will be considered an advantage. 

  • Fluent spoken and written English as well as full working proficiency in Danish.

You confidently lead in quality-related situations, presenting ideas that resonate with stakeholders. With a keen analytical mind, you solve problems systematically and effectively. Global Inbound Warehouse, from where we supply all Novo Nordisk production sites, both internal and external, with all raw materials required to produce life-changing medicine, while we monitor that all handling and every process, is in strict accordance with all relevant regulations and practices.
