It is also expected that you will actively contribute with learnings and experiences with rest of the PMO team to mature and strengthen our ability to run projects more efficiently.

By becoming part of Novo Nordisk, you will get the opportunity to lead exciting and impactful projects and grow a team culture based on collaboration, curiosity, and high ambitions. We believe in talent development tailored to your needs and ambitions and will continuously invest in you and your professional development.

While prior experience in project management is highly valued, we recognize that there are numerous paths that may lead to excelling in this role. Therefore, we encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.

On a personal level, you are pro-active and thrive with driving tasks independently to the finish line. You have a structured approach to your work, and you can handle several tasks while prioritizing your efforts optimally by keeping the project goals in mind. You are adaptable and capable to work efficiently in constantly changing environment. You are a team player, and you can quickly build strong and meaningful relationships with your stakeholders.
