You will also contribute to mid- and long-term performance stabilization and improvement initiatives.

You will closely collaborate with skilled workers, support teams, and QA to ensure the stability of production equipment. Your focus will be on optimizing equipment performance, resolving deviation and CR cases, supervising skilled workers to enhance their knowledge of equipment settings, and driving calibrations through systematic problem-solving methodologies.

We are an international and diverse team of over 20 talented and ambitious colleagues working collaboratively for the success of our area.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Master’s degree in production or mechanical engineering, or a similar technological background, along with 2–3 years of industry experience.
- Strong knowledge and interest in mechanical adjustments, alignments, dimensioning, and tolerances—especially in automation systems (e.g., automated servo transport)—and the ability to leverage these aspects to optimize performance.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a highly regulated GMP environment (preferred).
- Familiarity with tools like PLC, Scada, SAP systems, data analysis, and LEAN methodologies (a plus).
- Fluency in English and willingness to learn Danish (or knowledge of Danish).

On a personal level, you are open-minded, curious, proactive, and thrive in dynamic environments. You maintain a strong quality and compliance mindset and are an effective team player.

About the Department

You will join the Technical Support department for Aseptic Filling Lines at AM Hillerød. The team balances the responsibility of delivering high-level specialist support for seamless operations of aseptic filling lines (24/7 production), managing deviation cases with a focus on quality, and executing equipment upgrades and improvement projects to secure long-term performance.

The department belongs to the Aseptic Manufacturing (AP) facility in Hillerød, which recently started producing the first pen fills to support Novo Nordisk’s diabetes and obesity treatments. The team consists of more than 100 engaged colleagues, including skilled workers and supporters, collaborating closely across professional boundaries.
