The Position
As the newly appointed Production & Warehouse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in estab-lishing the standard for equipment and processes for a new fully automated state-of-the-art Weigh and Dispense facility, designed to support four high-capacity API production lines. Our ambition is a fully integrated and automated system (robotics) for handling and supplying raw materials, media, and buffers. Working alongside our process lines, equipment suppliers, and engineering partners, you will collaborate to develop the most effective solutions for future operations.

 

Your key tasks will include:

  • Drive the development of the department in collaboration with the Senior Manager.
  • Lead reviews, qualification activities, and improvements, ensuring streamlined implemen-tation of standard solutions.
  • Develop the qualification approach to enable a streamlined implementation of the stand-ard solution.
  • Act as an ambassador for the department, leading and inspiring the employees in In-tralogistics Weigh & Dispense (IWD).

 

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • Several years of experience with process equipment or similar.
  • Experience within production and GMP in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • An academic degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of and interest in exploring and driving new technologies.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written. Knowledge of Danish or willingness to learn it.

About the Department
By becoming a part of the 25L project, you will join the PS API Expansions team. The area is an-chored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employs approximately 30,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 64,000 employees. PS API Expansions is responsible for designing, planning, and building all major API Expansions projects across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients. We build and design our future API facilities as multi-product facilities with flexibility to accommodate future processes and display state-of-the-art technology and working environments.
