The Position
As a Process Supporter, you will become part of a dynamic production environment. 

 

We are responsible for supporting and optimizing the assembly lines in the department, ensuring that quality, compliance, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements are met in a fast-paced environment. 
We work closely with operators, craftsmen, other supporters, production leaders, logistics, and Quality Assurance (QA). In this position it is expected to actively participate in both external inspections and internal audits.

 

Your main tasks will be: 

  • Taking care of continuous improvement of our assembly processes on a daily, short-term, and long-term basis.
  • Ensuring that production consistently delivers a high-quality product - in accordance with internal quality requirements and GMP.
  • Supporting various production lines in handling change requests and participating in optimization projects.
  • Tackling various tasks related to quality, improving our procedures, training setups, handling deviations, and resolving production problems. This could include using LEAN tools.
  • Participating in various project activities, ranging from small changes to major modifications to existing lines.

 

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
  • Solid experience in production, operations, and digitalization in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP.
  • An interest in digitalization and future production equipment, which is considered a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Danish.

About the department

In assembly lines in Hillerød our daily operations consist of important aspects such as Lean Manufacturing, digitalization, continuous improvement, process optimization, and systematic problem-solving. Become our new colleague in Assembly 3.0, department 5927.05, which consists of 13 highly engaged and skilled employees - 10 Process Supporters and 3 craftsmen who handle both daily support for the assembly line and improvement projects, both digital and mechanical. We optimize processes and ensure the validated state of equipment. Together, we focus on meeting our ambitious goals, and with the desire to be among the best, we make it a point to challenge the status quo. We handle changes and solve problems efficiently, without compromising on GMP and our ability to deliver high quality on time.
