The position

As Process Owner for our new durable device, you will ensure a smooth introduction of the new assembly lines at the production supplier’s site as well as making sure that they are build according to Novo Nordisk specification.

You will be working closely with other project team members, equipment and the manufacturing supplier.

Your key responsibilities and daily tasks will include, but is not limited to:

  • Following up on technical solutions at equipment supplier during project phase
  • Reviewing of documentation and participating in test activities
  • Helping to identify and driving implementations in relation to ramp-up at production supplier
  • Being the main point of contact after installation and when in production for our Manufacturing supplier when it comes to technical issues, operational challenges, licence to operate, to name only a few
  • Educating and mentoring colleagues and business partners on assembly processes

 

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, we imagine you:

  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other relevant field
  • Possess a proven experience within assembly or building machine
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

It would be considered as a plus if you have an understanding of GMP and its application in a manufacturing environment.

As a person, you possess excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement. You have great attention to detail and commit to maintain the highest standards of product quality. you enjoy working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. You have strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback. Last but not least, you are willing to participate in continuous professional development and stay abreast of industry advancements.

The FlexTouch pre-assembly department at Novo Nordisk is composed of a dedicated team of over 200 individuals who are steadfast in their focus on stabile production and capacity expansion. Our specialists, including professionals, skilled workers, and operators, work collaboratively to enhance our assembly lines, ensuring that we can meet the growing global demand for our medical devices.
