The Position
As a Process Engineering Specialist, you will join FPMSAT Global Intralogistics, where we design frameworks, processes, and standards to support our line of business during the design and development phases of intralogistics solutions.

 

Your main focus will be on working hands-on through process mapping, generating standardization packages, setting the direction, and managing these packages. This role offers an opportunity to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and, most importantly, make a tremendous impact on Novo Nordisk.

 

The main tasks will be to:
•    Conduct process mapping, including desktop research and reviewing existing SOPs.
•    Document intralogistics processes to generate standardized content and ensure compliance with established procedures.
•    Manage and set direction for standardization packages and write standard documents (e.g., URS, risk analysis, etc.).
•    Continuously improve IL processes and tools.
•    Train colleagues to ensure they adhere to the process and templates.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:
•    A master’s degree or a PhD in physics, mechanical engineering, production engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics natural science or similar field.
•    Multiple years working with development following a structured development processes e.g. product, IT, services, process, or similar field in a regulated industry.
•    Experience with systematic project management, Risk management, verification & validation, systems engineering and change management.
•    The ability to create deliverables like Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standards, define and manage requirements, context diagram, process mapping development and similar tasks.
•    Full professional proficiency in English.

About the Department

Our Global Intralogistics Team is based in Hillerød. We primarily focus on the standardization of various intralogistics processes, including transport units, material handling, and internal transportation within factory boundaries.

 

The Global Intralogistics (IL) department is also dedicated to optimizing and standardizing diverse IL processes across the organization. This involves identifying standardization opportunities, mapping out IL processes, and translating stakeholder requirements into specific IL needs.
