Operations Coordinator - Filling Technical Support

Are you ready to take on the challenge of ensuring smooth and optimal downtime coordination in Aseptic Production (AP) Technical Support in Novo Nordisk?
In Technical Support, Aseptic Filling we balance the dual responsibility of providing fast, high level specialist support to the daily Operations of our aseptic filling lines (24/7 production), as well as being responsible for maturing and executing a portfolio of mid- and long-term equipment upgrades and improvement projects.
The Position
As Operations Coordinator for Filling Technical Support (TS), you will play an essential role mainly in the support of the daily activities both on the production lines and in the office. You will work closely together with the areas’ equipment responsible/specialists, the TS Project Portfolio Coordinator, the TS Manager and with colleagues from other teams. In addition, you will share partial equipment/tool responsibilities with the rest of the team.
Our team works together with many stakeholders, such as Operations, Quality Assurance (QA) and other support teams, so you will gain a broad network across the organisation.
The main tasks will be to:
- Coordinate technical support tasks to optimally support our filling lines via smooth coordination and facilitation of fast support actions, hereunder internal and external communication, alignment, gathering and implementation of lessons learned.
- You strive for optimization and continuous improvement to drive line downtime as much as possible.
- Compliant handling of both physical and digital documentation and ensuring the ball keeps rolling regarding TS actions as well as supporting with misc. admin tasks, activities planning in the TS team.
- Join and/or represent Tech Support Manager in various operational meetings (e.g. daily morning meetings) to capture input to activities which require downtime on the line.
- Contribute to the TS engineering work including update and creation of SOPs and other documentation.
- Project management for small projects.
Qualifications
The perfect candidate would tick all the boxes below, but you are welcome to apply if you don’t qualify for all of them:
- You have a degree within engineering/natural science, and a minimum of 3 years’ working experience (preferably in pharma sector, GMP and/or aseptic production).
- You like to have a broad view on tasks, and you have a strong talent for coordination, communication and facilitation and love to keep things running smoothly, timely and in good order.
- You enjoy being a point of contact, and a good day for you is when you have collaborated with several colleagues and resolved any type of issues to keep our filling lines running.
- You are a fast learner in terms of production processes and constraints and can proactively plan ahead to avoid unnecessary downtime.
- You have a natural flair for IT systems and process flows (e.g. related to quality action tracking).
- You work in a structured way, keeping things correct and compliant, and you know how much details contribute and support the bigger picture.
- You speak fluent English and highly advantageous if you are fluent in Danish.

About the department
You will be joining our highly motivated department, consisting of committed craftsmen and professionals. Our primary task is to produce cartridges patients suffering from diabetes and obesity. We work in a clean room environment, following strict procedures to ensure product quality and both patient and employee safety and safeguarding our license to operate.
