The position
As an OT Consultant Manager, you will shape the future strategy for our collaboration with consultants. In this role you will also have the opportunity to:
- Provide leadership to consultants within automation, manufacturing intelligence, and machine vision
- Participate in a leadership group that consists of 3 engaged colleagues with extended management of 11 managers
- Ensure our consultants are smoothly onboarded and ready to deliver and follow our internal directions
- Be a valuable part of the capacity expansion where we ensure to understand the needs from operations while implementing new standard and technologies
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine you:
- Have a degree in natural sciences, engineering or similar, combined with manufacturing experience
- Are a team player who can control the situation and set direction even in the most stressful challenges
- Can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, keeping an open mind and seeking the best solutions in a diplomatic way, especially during negotiations with strategic vendors
- Thrive in a position that changes over time throughout the development of best practice within tasks between consultants and internal employees
- Are fluent in English
Additionally, experience from pharmaceutical industry or other regulated sectors will be an advantage.
As a person, you are motivated, adaptable, and possess a strong ability to manage and develop your team. With a keen focus on continuous improvement, you are ready to take on challenges and drive impactful changes within the organisation.

Future Operational Technology is a growing department consisting of highly skilled people within the domain of automation, manufacturing intelligence, and machine vision.
