The Position

As a Molding Engineer in the Molding Plast Tech Support team, you will focus on continuously optimizing the production facilities. You will have both a technical role, such as when you provide support to operators, technicians, and other stakeholders regarding troubleshooting, validation of new molds, and injection molding processes, as well as a more coordinating and problem-solving role, such as when you take the lead in driving improvements and implementing new initiatives.

You will join Molding Plast Tech Support, a team established to maintain focus and drive progress in continuous improvement activities within the department. We are a dedicated team that leads initiatives related to quality, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), and automation. We work conscientiously to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency, while also maturing new concepts, variants, and devices.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you:
- Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or alternatively in Plastics Engineering.
- Are fluent in Danish and English.
- Either have experience or a strong interest in injection molding and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). If you are newly graduated, we would also like to hear from you.

You can succeed in the role if you thrive on ensuring high-quality standards, efficiency, and compliance, while also having the perspective and confidence to challenge the status quo. This requires a flexible mindset, a positive can-do attitude towards both people and technology, and the ability to prioritize when things move quickly. You are independent, proactive, and systematic in your work and are not afraid to speak up when you need support.
