If you can say yes to the above, you could be our new Moulding Engineer in DMS Moulding Production Support & Improvement in Novo Nordisk in Hillerød.

 

The position

As a Moulding Engineer, you are expected to provide support operators, technicians and other stakeholders on the shop floor on activities related to troubleshooting, improvements, validations and implementation of new moulds and injection moulding processes.

Your key to success will be your ability to manage both high productivity, high quality and working in compliance while being able to challenge the status quo.

Moreover, you should be able to collaborate with many different types of stakeholders to reach common goals and have a strong technical understanding and interest, driving projects from idea to execution.

 

A keen eye for quality, compliance and development of processes will get you there.

 

Qualifications

As a person, you are ambitious, proactive and can interact positively with people at all levels in the organisation. You have a “can do” mindset which is a key part of working in our department.

 

You hold a BSc. or MSc within a relevant field of engineering. You may have experience in injection moulding and/or GMP, but we are also interested in hearing from you if you recently graduated and are curious to learn and obtain new skills.

Preferably, you are fluent in both Danish and English.

 

Flexibility and a sense of urgency are a must to handle the mix of routine and non-routine tasks in a dynamic environment.

 

As a person, you are systematic, independent, curious, transparent, goal-oriented and you organise your time and tasks to keep your deadlines. You try to solve issues on your own but do not hesitate to ask for support when needed.

 

About the department

DMS Moulding Production is situated in Hillerød and is responsible for ensuring high quality and effective manufacturing of moulded plastic components for prefilled pen systems in our internal production facility, covering the main products FlexTouch® and FlexPro®.

Production Support & Improvement is a team established with the mission of ensuring focus & progress on continuous improvement activities within the department. We are a diverse group driving initiatives related to quality, OEE, EHS and automation.
