The job

As Coordinator, your key area of responsibility will be to plan, coordinate and execute congresses such as EASD, ADA, EASL, AASLD etc. and medical education. Furthermore, you will be planning and coordinating portfolio advisory boards within areas like Sema Obesity, NASH, EU and Asian PABs etc. and KOL and association engagement etc. You will be the HTR (Headquarter Tracking Responsible) and LDDR (Local Due Diligence Responsible) for Global Medical Affairs.

You will be reporting to the director of medical intelligence but will be collaborating closely with leaders and colleagues at all levels.

In Novo Nordisk, we are minimizing our travel activities, but you might be involved in congresses and meetings abroad, where we need you to attend.



  • Your CV mirrors vast experience from similar roles
  • You have proven and solid skills in coordinating and executing similar events and meetings
  • You must have an excellent command of written and spoken English

You are flexible, collaborative and thrive in an ever-changing environment with frequent changing priorities and handle this with your sense of urgency, structure, and overview. You are service-minded have possess a can-do-attitude to solve all kinds of administrative and practical ad hoc-tasks, both within your own area as well as cross functionally.

The GMA function drives Novo Nordisk globally to be a leader in scientific dialogue and clinical understanding within current and future disease areas. We aim to break down treatment barriers and unite specialities and bring new therapeutic offerings to improve patient outcomes around the world.

We are an integral part of the Global Chief Medical Office and work closely with medical affairs colleagues in regions and affiliates around the world. We partner closely with colleagues within global development as well as market access and commercial and are responsible for securing strong relationships with the external thought leaders and clinical influencers of care.
