The Position
As a Master Data (MD) Professional, you will be the Master Data expert responsible for ensuring high-quality MD within operational MD tasks and processes. You will work closely together with both MD colleagues across the organisation and stakeholders locally in the department ensuring high-quality MD processes and maintenance in line with Business requirements.
Your contribution will be key for securing a strong foundation of MD in an ever-changing supply chain to enable future digitalisation.
Your primary responsibility will be Master Data governance and maintenance for the department. Secondarily you will be working as department quality responsible.
Other main responsibilities will include:
- Act as an MD Steward, establishing and maintaining procedures for MD maintenance.
- Monitor MD quality, ensure continuous improvement, and manage escalated requests or issues.
- Support and maintain relevant MD objects, including SAP use, maintenance, and process development.
- Conduct end-user training, handle deviations, and change requests, and oversee team SOPs.
- Contribute to local and global projects, collaborate in the MD Stewardship Network, and support logistics and warehousing SAP issues.

Qualifications

You are a high performer with a solid analytical mindset and structured approach to both data and processes, you have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
To be considered for this position, we expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Software Development, or a related field
- Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) within the supply chain, with the ability to define and improve MD maintenance processes.
- Strong proficiency in SAP ECC and/or S/4 Hana, with knowledge of operational MD tasks and business process integration.
- Experience in process optimization, pharmaceutical production, and familiarity with OMP and Excel is beneficial but not required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Danish is a plus.
