The position
Imagine starting your day with a fresh cup of coffee at your desk in a bustling office inside a multiproduct facility. You troubleshoot the problem, ensuring that all documents are correctly formatted and access. Another team needs assistance locating six different batches from the years 2017 to 2019, you go down to the archive and find the needed documentation.

As you resolve these issues, you notice an iPad on your desk with a note about a login problem. The iPad was logged out of its shared account in the needed IT application. You quickly fix the issue, ensuring seamless access for the team, and return it as this system ensures timely training and the use of the SOPs during production.
